What we do

VP APAC Region Manager
Position Responsibilities
Amiad is seeking to enhance its leadership team with the addition of a business, result-focused, sales oriented executive who is ready to assume full responsibility for the Industry BU in APAC Territory, and the sales organizations in this region.
Reporting to the CEO, the VP APAC Region Manager, will be part of Amiad’s management, lead 4 subsidiaries, with combined revenues of approximately 30M$.
Main responsibilities
- Managing and profitably growing APAC business
- Leading the Region’s industrial sales, market and business development and its execution.
- Grow the region industrial sales from about $20m to $30m.
- Manage P&L responsibility for the industrial activity in the Region, include profitability, sales growth, and leading Amiad’s brand.
- Establish and manage Amiad’s customer’s relations based on profitable growth, trust, loyalty and value creation.
- Leading the Sales in the Region –
- Coordinating all sales of Amiad’s products and solutions to the Region and the different channels to market.
- Direct responsibility for all Amiad’s sales organization in the Region.
- Lead, with the sales team, Amiad’s distribution channels, cultivate them and lead them to sustained growth and value
- Monitor customers’, suppliers’, distributors’ and competitors’ activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
- Establish efficient internal process and practices to support the company’s activities and growth.
- Elevate Amiad’s sales performance by monitoring its lead generation, funnel management and sales coverage and productivity
- Leading the team –
- lead 4 subsidiaries located in different territories: China, India, Singapore, Australia, developing and maintain human capital and strengthening employee’s engagement to the company.
- Being an active player in Amiad HQ management team
- A key member of the management team and a strategic partner in the overall management of the company
- Participate in the management meeting and contribute to the overall performance of the company, including company’s strategy, policies, acquisitions, work plans, general group decisions and guidelines
- Creating an organizational culture of commitment, collaborations and success.
Position Education and Skills
Requirements
- Education in the fields of sales, marketing or business administration
- Strong Business orientation and proven track record of sales growth capabilities
- Significant experience in sales & marketing management at a global technology company, experience in water industry is an advantage
- Significant experience in managing and leading distribution network, a remoted and multi- culture team
- Excellent written and verbal English
