Irrigation Segment Director
The Amiad Global Irrigation Segment Director will be responsible for promoting, aligning and supporting the strategy and growth of Amiad’s activities in the Irrigation segment globally.
The Segment director will be part of the global marketing and BD headquarters management team.
The segment Director will be the leading professional expert for the Irrigation activity, leading and guiding the global sales team and supporting the regional Irrigation Sales managers.
Reporting to the VP Marketing and BD.
Key responsibilities:
• Consolidation of Regional Sales and costs enabling global Irrigation segment view and Business unit P&L as a from goals to budget and execution.
• Initiate and monitor growth improvement policies and directives to meet segment objectives.
• Working with Irrigation regional sales leadership, channel partners, and Corporate Marketing, to lead the segment towards growth and profit.
• Mapping, analyzing and identifying the regions, the relevant customer’s opportunities arenas and building the applicable Amiad directives towards those.
• Work with the different sales leaders in the region to build GTM strategy and execution plan.
• Conduct/perform market research, gather and analyze data to identify opportunities.
• Support/ lead new business relationships, engaging inputs from relevant company sources.
• Lead HQ initiatives towards the global irrigation market, such as pricing policy, price changes, new offerings, new business models (E.G, authorized dealer, point of sale, selling models, promotion schemes)
• Be an expert, with respect to competition and responsible for gathering, updating, and communicating competitor technical and commercial SWOT, and battel cards Build and implement relevant strategies towards competition and ways to maximize market share.
• Contribute to development of sales tools and marketing collateral relevant to the segment.
• Identify market trends and future solutions required in the market by acting as a liaison between technology and end users.
• Create, maintain and execute knowledge transfer (enablement) programs, global events, such as IRR conferences internally and externally, learning sessions, leading and creating professional communities related to the IRR business environment.

Sales Engineer - Timex
Position Responsibilities“:
. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets,
. Research sectoral and regional customer potential and conduct visits,
. Manage the existing customer portfolio,
. Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports,
. Respond promptly to customer quotation requests, manage order processes, and follow up on customer relationships,
. Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers,
. Prepare product quotations and utilize effective sales tools,
. Offer filtration solutions tailored to customer projects,
. Respond promptly to customer inquiries using internal company resources,
. Support customer service processes when necessary,
. Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Technical departments during sales processes,
. Participate in marketing activities to promote new and existing products.
Qualifications Required:
. Graduated from Environmental, Mechanical, or related Engineering Faculties of universities,
. 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably with technical sales experience in filtration,
. Proficient in advanced English (mandatory),
. Holds a valid driver’s license and has no restrictions for domestic travel,
. Strong representation skills with excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management abilities,
. Completed military service (for male candidates),
. Preferably experienced in using SAP software,
. Residing in Ankara.
Treatment Plants Project and Application Engineer- Timex
Job description:
● Oversee the design and implementation of drinking water and recycling plants.
● Perform process calculations for water and wastewater treatment technologies.
● Design MBR systems and membrane technologies for pressurized drinking water treatment systems.
● Manage international projects and prepare quantity surveys.
● Handle project proposals and pricing for drinking water and/or wastewater treatment projects.
● Conduct correspondence and meetings in a foreign language.
● Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
● Maintain strong communication skills and work well within a team.
● Utilize MS Office applications proficiently.
Requirements :
● Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
● Preferably experienced with Iller Bank and DSİ projects.
● No travel restrictions.
● Male candidates must have completed military service.
● Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ankara.
